DBF Converter: An handy app with advanced rendering capabilities and movie generation tools

PyMOL was created to provide the user with a very intuitive molecular visualizing system that uses its integrated ray-tracing graphics technique, and allowing it to render 3D molecular structures with smoother surface boundary, enhanced shadows, and reflection effects.

The application offers a clean and user-friendly interface which makes it suitable even for beginners, while also supporting multiple image formats (e.g. PDB, SDF, and electro density maps), and the rendered images and movies are able to be saved in session files.

PyMOL offers all the needed tools for creating molecular animations and movies, and the built-in animation tool called RigiMOL includes features for generating molecular morphs between different structures.

The structures that are generated by PyMOL can be exported to VRML, which allows it to create vector graphics using third-party apps or even prin the model with a 3D printer.

PyMOL is a great app with advanced rendering capabilities and movie generation tools, and it's a must-have for displaying complex molecular structures and generating live 3D presentations.
