QuickTextPaste: Paste pre-defined text faster using hotkeys

If you need to frequently type the same phrases or portions of text over and over, QuickTextPaste is a handy application that can make your job much faster. The tool lets you create keyboard shortcuts for pasting pre-defined text.

It’s also portable, so there’s no installation involved and you can run it by double clicking on the executable file. More importantly, you can run QuickTextPaste from removable storage devices as well, and it doesn’t modify the system Registry in any way.

The plain, straightforward GUI lets you quickly configure the provided parameters. As a result, you can type or paste a new preset text in the dedicated pane. For each of your predefined texts you can assign a hotkey, but also perform other operations like delete, edit and duplicate.

QuickTextPaste can be set to run at system boot and given its basic options, the tool is accesible for all types of users, regardless of their technical experience.
