Quod Libet: A cross-platform audio player that lets you listen to songs, create playlists and edit metadata

Quod Libet is a straightforward audio player that allows you to easily listen to your favorite songs, create and save playlists, as well as edit metadata of audio files.

The simple interface provides essential playback controls in a dedicated menu bar. You can add files and even entire folders via drag and drop or using the included file browser.

Loaded tracks are shown in the main window along with details such as album, title and total length. Also, Quod Libet lets you add ratings to your songs, filter them by title, artist or album, add them to a playlists or to the queue lists, and randomize their order.

You can also view information for the currently selected file, create and assign lyrics, add a track to your favorites list, edit tags and use the built-in search.
