REAPER is a powerful tool for recording, arranging, modifying and rendering multi track waveform audio files. It comes with customizable but easy to use interface and it has proven to be a great tool for both amateur users and professionals.

In order to start your work you just simply drag and drop any audio file into edit space in order to edit existing material or you just insert a new track and arm it for recording. The program features quick and powerful tools for editing audio files. You will be able to split, resize, fade / crossfade, pitch shift, time stretch, copy / paste and loop media with single click tools. Ripple editing tool is available as well.

REAPER offers extensive support for MIDI files which includes MIDI recording and VSTi/DXi softsynths and it can be integrated and mixed with existing audio files.
Another great perk of this tool is its customizable user interface. It offers user arrangeable UI with color themes. You will be able to define look of your copy of the application and position or hide all elements that you require. Full customization allows for improved working performance.

REAPER also comes with lots of effects and support for 3rd party plugins. Numerous effects are built intothe program and include a compressor, gate, FFT EQ, some basic synthesizers, and many Jesusonic effects. It also has inbuilt support for all industry plugins including VST and DX plug-ins.
