Replay Video Capture is a simple tool with a functional layout that lets you easily record an active window or set a video window with a custom size and at the preferred location on the screen.

The program can also record audio, thus you are allowed to tweak the volume level. The videos will be automatically saved to a file and you can access it directly from the program. Furthermore, you can play recorded videos using the default media player.

In the settings screen you can customize various configuration options such as the frame rate, audio and video bit rate as well as the video format. The tool offers support for popular video formats such as Windows Media, DVD, MPEG-4 AVI and MPEG-2.

What’s more, Replay Video Capture provides other small but useful options such as including the mouse cursor in the video capture, a full screen mode, set the frame to stay on top of other windows and define the maximum recording time and/or file size.
