Perform SIP-based calls from your computer with this command line applicationSipCLI is a practical Command Line utility that enables you to perform SIP-based calls from your computer in a simple manner.
The application relies on RFC 3261 SIP protocol and allows you to play wave files to a remote SIP point assuming they are encoded using G.711 A-Law and Mu-Law.
SipCLI can be configured to read a text message by appending the “-t” argument when loading the program. For sending text messages you will need to use the “-m” argument.
On top of that, the program can generate audio output from the text using Microsoft TTS, and execute custom scenarios.
