This free tool doesn’t include all the features of TablEdit but it does offer file viewing capabilities for TablEdit tablature files along with support for playing and printing.

Now you can easily view on your screen, any Internet-available tablature song. The playback function lets you listen to the songs exactly as they are but you can also change the speed or loop sections of entire songs.
