Tacview

Tacview: Powerful aerial warfare simulator for military and non-military pilots.

The purpose of Tacview is to allow pilots to playback their recorded flights and go over basic and advanced maneuvers, for it's a great simulator just for that.

The program is pretty much compatible with other well-known simulators, like DCS World, Falcon 4.0, and Microsoft Flight Simulator, while non-military pilots will also be able to benefit from it by loading GPX files that are generated by the GPS devices.

The program will automatically display a bird's eye view of the flight path once the valid source document has been loaded, and a play button will let users follow the moves of the pilot on a second-by-second basis and graphical objects that might clutter the view.

There are some a few elements of military importance, like SAM/AAA firing ranges that can be displayed on the screen and the plane's altitude and heading which are constantly updated in a small frame.

Tacview is a powerful simulator for anyone that is involved in the aerial warfare field and will allow the pilots to trace back their mistakes that were made during flight sims.
