Taskade is a handy software that allows you to create checklists that you can share with, colleagues and friends, to help you keep a closer look at the progress you've made or just assign tasks.

The interface is clean and stylish and also lets you choose the theme that you like the most. In the main window, you can choose the type of content you want to save, thus, create checklists, outlines, notes, or turn to a template such as weekly tasks, meeting notes, brainstorming, etc.

There's also a built-in text editor to help you change your text or highlight color, use italics or bold, and edit the indentation. The text is automatically saved to your user's group, and you can invite other collaborators to view, modify, or even delete content by sharing a URL or by email, and they can all be applied in real-time which helps focus on productivity.
