Music Box: A cross-platform, lightweight application you can use to play popular audio file formats

Tauon Music Box is a simple piece of software that works as a basic audio player, supporting widely used audio file formats.

It was designed to provide a straightforward solution to playing music, without being burdened by a large number of features which can confuse less experienced users.

You can quickly create a new playlist and load tracks in just a few seconds thanks to support for drag and drop. Tauon Music Box lets you play OGG, MP3 and FLAC files, but also asynchronous outbound streaming, CUE shets, last.fm scrobbling and other audio files.

Furthermore, the application’s interface and functionality can be customized from a dedicated menu, and it also displays album art along with the played tracks, when available.
