Total Privacy is a simple, yet effective application that’s capable of removing all tracks left behind your system and Internet activities. This includes removal of temporary files, recent documents, recent applications and the Recycle Bin as well as deleting browser cookies, cache and web forms data.

What’s more, the data wipe can be performed in various ways as the deletion is permanent – meaning there is no chance of someone recovering the removed data. As a result, Total Privacy is able to rewrite the free storage space left after data removal in multiple passes and the algorithms it uses are government standards such as the U.S. Army, Gutmann, DoD 5200.28 and U.S. Navy among others.

You can use the same data wipe methods provided by Total Privacy for any left-overs of files you previously deleted or that may still be recoverable after a disk formatting task.
