TwinkiePaste is a tool that includes a module for frequent pasting of the same phrases and portions of text and a module for editing them.

To understand better what TwinkiePaste does you need to understand how it works. Just press a hotkey in any application and the cursor will display a menu containing text templates you can insert. Select the command you want and the text will be inserted.
