USB Drive Letter Manager: Useful program for users that want the freedom to assign custom letters to USB devices.

The purpose of USB Drive Letter Manager is to give users the freedom to assign a custom drive letter to the USB devices that are connected to the PC.

The system will allocate by default a newly connected removable device to the first available drive, while also allowing users to manually change the assigned letters using the Control Panel.

In order to configure the app’s behavior, users will need to edit the USBDLM. INI file, and it also sports a sample configuration file to be used as an example.

An advantage of the USBDLM is related to the card readers, where normally they are assigned a drive letter for each slot, and using the program, they can instruct the PC to create a new drive letter when a card is detected.
