Ultimate Boot CD is a free bootable recovery CD for Windows that contains a collection of freeware applications for repairing, restoring and diagnosing computer problems.

Ultimate Boot CD is very useful if you want to deploy floppy-based diagnostic utilities from CD-ROM drives and incorporate a large number of diagnostic programs into a single bootable CD.

With Ultimate Boot CD you can do the following:

- Run floppy-based diagnostics utilities from CD-ROM drives which is perfect especially for computers that don’t have a floppy drive.
- Instead of loading individual applications from the floppy drive you can run all of them from a single CD.
- Concentrate a large number of diagnostic tools into a bootable CD so you won’t have to keep a box full of floppy disks but only one CD with all of them.
- The CD comes with a text-based menu that allows you to select the tool you want to run.
- You can also run Ultimate Boot CD from a memory stick. The CD comes with a script that configures your USB memory stick to be used on newer computers that support booting from USB devices. You will be able to access all the tools that you would from the CD version.
