VX Search Pro: An intuitive tool that lets you easily search files on your hard drive and sort the results

If you have a large number of documents and other types of files stored on your computer, finding a specific item can prove to be a very difficult and time-consuming task, despite the search function that’s built into Windows Explorer.

VX Search Pro is a specialized search utility that lets you easily search for files stored on your hard drive, sort the results by various criteria and generate reports based on that information. The simple interface includes only essential buttons, panes and a menu bar so anyone can quickly find their way around it.

Users can search files using several filters such as name, extension, size, path, EXIF data and others. Search tasks can be further refined using advanced options such as regular expressions, wildcards, contained keywords and you can even create search profiles to re-use them later.

Once a search operation is complete you can view the results listed with detailed information like name, size, last modification date and path. Also, you can sort search results by user name, size, extension, time create and a few more criteria. Lastly, VX Search Pro allows you to generate reports and export them as TXT, PDF, CSV, HTML, XML, SQL or PDF files.
