WinMount: Innovative compression tool

WinMount is a windows utility tool that manages disks and files; however, it goes farther. In addition, it is a compression tool and a virtual desk. Mount RAR ZIP MOU and CD DVD HDD images as a virtual disk/folder. The most popular feature is the unique mounting compressed archives that are placed on a virtual disk or a virtual folder without the need of decompression. All of the actions are done via a virtual path, which protect the hard disk and saves space. 

The compression tool supports compressing files to MOU, ZIP, 7Z, ISO, decompressing, browsing and converting MOU, ZIP, RAR, 7Z, CAB, ARJ, ISO, GZ, BZ2, TAR and WIM files. It even supports compressed file comment and magic page.

The virtual disk tool supports mounting:

- Compressed archives: RAR, MOU, ZIP;
- Folders;
- DVD images: ISO, ISZ, BIN, MDS, MDF, NRG, IMG, CCD, CUE;
- CD images: FLAC, APE, WV;
- HDD images: VHD, VDI, VMDK, WMT;
- Microsoft WIM.

All sent to a virtual disk/folder.

In addition, it supports ISO creation from physical or virtual CD/DVD ROM.

WinMount formats:

MOU: Fast compressed format. Freeware, meaning it can be used or published for commercial or personal usage.

WMT: storage HDD format, which can be encrypted and used for data storage.
