X-Gimp: An open-source image editing tool packed with functions that lets you get the most out of your photos

Project saving options support a large number of formats, which include but are not limited to JPG, PNG, PSD, ICO, BMP, TIFF, EPS, GIF, HTML, PPM, PDF and TGA.
