Xara Photo & Graphic Designer+: A complex graphic editing application for creating professional quality web graphics and illustrations

Xara Photo & Graphic Designer is a comprehensive application equipped with all the tools professionals need to create illustrations, web graphics like buttons and Flash animations, but also posters, brochures and logos.

Despite its incredibly rich collection of tools, Xara Photo & Graphic Designer boasts a modern, clean UI that eases navigation and usage to a great extent. The application supports a large variety of formats, including PSD, AI, EPS, BMP, JPEG, PNG, GIF, CDR and MXB.

Users can drag and drop images into the primary panel but also create image galleries with the photos they want to process. Also, there are several templates you can choose from, and essential operations like undo/redo actions, multi-layer support, basic editing tasks, zooming in and out and sending objects to the back or bringing them to the front are all present.

Drawing tools include the possibility to create shapes, arrows, straight lines as well as freehand objects, with customizable parameters for each one, specifically size, color, filling color and line width. You can also add text messages, various shapes such as rectangles, rounded rectangles, circles and ellipses, re-arrange the stacking order of objects and recoloring designs.

Image editing options allow you to crop/resize/rotate/duplicate photos (with support for batch operations), a red eye removal tool, auto-correction mode, creation of banners, buttons and other web graphics.

Xara Photo & Graphic Designer includes options for using brushes, changing objects’ transparency, creating animations, embedding 3D text images, joining/splitting lines and stretching/skewing objects among others.

Projects can be saved as a variety of formats such as HTML, WEB, PSD, SWF, JPG, PNG, PDF, PCX, TGA and RAS with the possibility to print images, grab screenshots and preview Flash items and web documents.
