mo-ps: A comprehensive, modern piece of software that allows you to schedule and monitor the progress of your business projects

mo-ps is a feature-rich application designed to allow project managers to easily schedule and supervise the progress of multi-stage assignments. The layout is composed of multiple panels where you can access neatly sorted information.

In mo-ps you can easily create and add projects, subprojects and tasks, with the possibility to insert entries to certain employees. To setup your scheduling, you’ll have to configure the four essential modules – Tasks, Dependencies, Resources and Calendars, which are needed to finish a project.

There are multiple types of tasks you can choose from, such as Simple, Resource, Group and Milestone, each with different durations and complexities depending on the number of their subtasks. You can view the tasks in a diagram where their Calendar position and hierarchy are highlighted.

As far as Resources are concerned, they can be employees, machines and systems. You can assign tasks that need to be solved to your Resources and adding a new Resource requires you to enter information such as its name, entry date, cost per hour and a few more details.

Dependencies will define multiple tasks related to one another and the Calendar allows you to analyze the daily progress of your project.
