How To: Turn any photo into a Live Wallpaper on iPhone 6s and 6s Plus

The moment Live Photos became available on the iPhone 6s / 6s Plus, it started a whole new trend. Of course, those with older iPhone models wanted it too, but also Android users and naturally, developers found ways to deliver.

Besides Live Photos, we also have Live Wallpapers, and while turning a Live Photo into a Live Wallpaper is a stock option for the iPhone 6s  and 6s Plus, it’s not possible for still images.

There are several apps that let you convert still images to Live Photos, but for the purpose of this guide we’re going to use LivePapers which is definitely among the best.  It’s a $1.99 investment, but worth it for the ease of use and available options. You can install LivePapers from the link below:

Download LivePapers (iTunes)

After it finishes installing, open the app and you will have two options: ‘Choose from library‘ or ‘Take a new photo‘. Tap on the first option then select the photo you want to turn into a Live Wallpaper.
