AutoRuns: See the startup automatically programs

AutoRuns is a small utility that allows you to see the full list of startup programs. The program has one of the most complete lists of auto-starting locations of any startup monitor.

AutoRuns detects all the programs configured to start when at system boot, such as the ones from the startup folder, Run, RunOnce and other Registry keys. You can set up AutoRuns to show programs from other locations such as Explorer shell extensions, browser helper objects, toolbars, winlogon notifications, auto-start services and more.

Additionally AutoRuns provides an option to hide programs with the Microsoft signature so you can see third-party auto-starting images more easily. The download package also includes Autorunsc, a command-line equivalent that can output in CSV format.

You can save display results of AutoRuns and compare new ones with old ones through the File – Compare option. The new items will be displayed in green, although deleted items will not be listed.
