CherryPlayer: A lightweight multimedia player with built-in online search

CherryPlayer is a small and simple multimedia player, that comes with all essential functions and one additional and very useful feature: online search. You can search for music videos online straight from CherryPlayer and also view them inside the app.

The program offers access to Bilboard, BBC, Last.fm and YouTube charts, allowing you to see the song and video categories like Top Tracks and Most Popular among others. To download a specific track, select it from the application’s interface and press the Download button or right click and choose Download from the context menu. You can then save the file on your PC in the quality of your choice.

Player functions include essential controls like play, payse, stop, repeate, shuffle, next, previous and volume up/down. CherryPlayer can work minimized to the taskbar, in full screen mode or in windowed mode.

Video and music files can be played in a number of formats like AVI, WAV, MKV, MP3 and MP4, so you can easily access your favorite files. There’s drag and drop support for loading files, but you can also load entire folders containing media files.
