USB Safely Remove: A handy USB device manager that ensure your USB flash drive can be securely removed from the computer

USB Safely Remove is a handy tool that allows you to make sure your USB flash drives can be unplugged from the computer without getting damaged.

The application runs unobtrusively in the system tray area and automatically detects all USB drives that are currently plugged into the computer. If you hold the mouse cursor over the system tray icon you will be able to see the names of the devices and occupied storage space.

From the same location you can disconnect any of them, open up a window to view all devices and detect new hardware modifications.

USB Safely Remove also allows you to open a device’s location in Windows Explorer, open the system “Safely Remove Hardware” screen and show the selected drives in the tray icon dialog. Furthermore, you can edit device properties of a selected item from the right-click menu, which makes it possible to enable/disable autorun, edit the name and image for the device, and assign a hotkey for calling its stop menu.
