EZTalks is a reliable program that allows you to create private conference rooms for online meetings, video calls, even webminars. With EZTalks, all you need to do is create a conference room, then invite a series of users and communicate with the help of the powerful tools: webcam, instant messaging, whiteboard or file sharing. The software allows you to create a new conference room or join an already existing one, however, you need to provide certain security information.

You need to register for an account, which allows you to identify yourself as a user, in order to use the program and create conference rooms. Otherwise, if you wish to join an existing conference, you need to provide the security code assigned to that particular room. The number is generated when you create the conference room.

Moreover, you can start a chat room on demand or schedule one for a later time. All the invited guests can receive a notification via their email address.

EZTalks offers several methods of communication, both live and via offline messages. Thus, you can make a video conference using your webcam, share your desktop with the invited users, send files or draw on the whiteboard, all in one session.

Additionally, the software allows you to upload files to the cloud account, where they can be accessed and downloaded by all the registered members. The dashboard allows you to view a list of all the conferences of the past few days/ months, a list of all the uploaded files and a contact book.

EZTalks also includes testing functions for the webcam and microphone which allow you to make sure that the devices are properly working. Moreover, you can easily manage the contacts by sorting them into groups, as well as send them an afferent URL, so they can open the conference room from their browser.
