Wikipedia Bio References is a free, simple application that can be of great help whenever you’re trying to improve biology related Wikipedia articles.

This lightweight tool was created to assist you when performing scientific classifications related to biology. Wikipedia Bio References has an extremely simple UI that provides several options for specimen groups, designed to help you narrow down your search quickly.

Any taxon name you enter into the program will be searched online on 50 different taxonomist web sites. Using the information gathered from these websites, Wikipedia Bio References generates a Wikipedia syntax comprising a taxobox and two lists – one for the subtaxon and another one for references.
