CSV Buddy: A portable utility that lets you preview, edit and export CSV files to other formats

CSV Buddy is a lightweight and portable piece of software that lets you preview, edit and export CSV files to other formats.

It also includes useful options like the ability to rename, select and reorder fields, apply filters, and edit rows, columns and headers. When exporting to other formats you can choose between fixed width, XML, HTML or express mode.

CSV Buddy comes with a plain interface where you can select a CSV file and preview its header. It is possible to edit the file, enable multi-line fields, choose a field delimiter and encapsulator, as well as define a replacement of EOL.

The CSV file will be loaded into the main panel, and you can view its contents, search through selected rows and columns, sort rows, add, edit and delete records, and create new files if needed.
