VueScan is a powerful and versatile scanner software as it was designed to replace the default software of many types of scanners, including most flatbed scanners, printer/scanners and film scanners.
Compared to the default scanner software, VueScan aims to provide more user-friendliness but also extra advanced features for batch scanning, restoring faded colors and many others.
The program doesn’t perform any modifications on your system and doesn’t interfere with other scanner software you might have installed.
VueScan can be tested for free as a trial version. To disable image watermarking you will have to purchase one of the VueScan editions. If you wish to upgrade VueScan you don’t need to uninstall the older edition before installing the latest one. It will be automatically overwritten during the install process.
