This project contains the J2ME cell phone source and also the source code so you will be able to display data on your personal website. You can either use .NET and MSSQL Server or PHP and MySQL.

Google Map GPS Cell Phone Tracker now also allows you to store routes, view and delete them. The application also works on mobile phones, enabling users to view their current location on Google maps.
