Komodo Edit is an open-source integrated development environment that provides support for numerous programming and scripting languages such as CSS, HTML, PHP, Perl, Ruby, Python, Tcl and so on.The IDE has a practical interface and offers support for useful features such as code snippets, macros, syntax highlighting and a built-in spell checker.
On top of that, Komodo Edit bundles predefined HTML code blocks, a file searcher and samples with abbreviations. It’s also possible to create new databases and delete existing ones, use various Ruby tools, perform tests and manage the project files.
