Krita: A feature-rich painting application that lets you create digital art using a large number of tools

Krita is a wonderful painting application created for concept artists, game artists, illustrators, comic book creators, matte painters and other artists that need a reliable and versatile tool to create digital art.

Most of Krita’s features can be accesed directly from the main window and the application is rather intuitive compared to similar software, thanks to its sleed black-themed UI.

The app offers support for CMYK, perspective gridps, HDR painting, cockers, an incredibly large collection of brushes with customizable settings, patterns and roles, as well as painting assistants. Among the included brushes you’ll find smudge, duplicate, filter, pixelate, chalk, hatching, texture, curve, spray, color smudge and so on.

Furthermore users can save brush presets after they customize them and use a variety of blending modes, but also harness the power of the advanced masking and selection tools offered by Krita.
