It creates a virtual drive on your computer, allowing you to view the cloud like a regular hard disk partition in Windows Explorer.
To use OpenDrive you’ll have to create an account on the official website – it’s free and offers 5GB of cloud storage space. You can download 1GB/day and upload files as large as 100MB to the cloud. Also, it lets you create groups of users, giving access to the account to other people as well.
You can perform manual backups or schedule automated tasks, plus you can set OpenDrive to carry out such tasks only when your computer has been idle for a user-defined time period (minutes or hours). Also, you can exclude temporary or selected files from syncing and turn on e-mail alerts for successfully completed, failed or stopped tasks.
Moreover, the application lets you select the number of maximum operations to be performed simultaneously, which can be from one to five.
