AlphaControls: Great library of components for creating skinned or non-skinned applications.

AlphaControls is a library of components that were designed for the developers in order for them to create skinned or non-skinned applications for different purposes, no matter what version of Windows the users are running.

The library will also allow users to create upgradeable skins, always add new borders and shadowing effects, and since the created skins require 3rd-party controls that need to be declared using the skin manager, it also comes with support for a large number of components (e.g. Standard VCL, Windows system dialogs, DevExpress grids, EhLib controls, Billenium effect, etc.).

It also supports Delphi 5/6/7/2005-2010/XE-XE5 and C++ Builder 6/2006-2010/XE-XE5, and depending on the users experience with these types of libraries, it can be a bit of a pain to install, but thanks to the documentation it comes with, it will make the process much easier.
