HDFView

HDFView: Reliable software for analyzing and work with HDF files.

The main purpose of HDFView is to help individuals take care of HDF files in an easier way.
The program will allow them to explore and even edit HDF4 and HDF5 files with the help of a simple-to-use interface, while also allowing them to complete the structure of the file with a correct hierarchy, and allowing users to view the embedded data, and modify it the way they see fit.

It also comes with three main panels that will offer them everything that they need to know about the content of that file, view its groups, arrays, committed datatypes, and links.

Since the program is Java-based, it will enable users to resize and reshape any of the three panels, which is great considering all the objects they need to view in the “Data” panel that are opened in separate windows.

All in all, HDFView is a reliable software for all users that need to analyze and work with HDF files in an easier manner.
