Mozy Restore Manager is a modern and user-friendly application that allows you to create restore tasks for your cloud-stored backups through a simple process, through which you are guided step by step.

The program was designed for those using the Mozy cloud backup service, thus you will need a Mozy account in order to use the Restore Manager. The app requires you select the files that should be recorded, in order to create a restore session.

After you create a restore task, you can access a number of restore and decrypt methods in the program’s main window.

To recover data you’ll have to enter the output path where it should be saved. There’s also the option to choose between VSS restore or overwrite existing files. From the web-based interface, you can quickly restore data via a simple step-by-step process.

You will have to give the session a name, enter the date from which you want to restore data, choose the recovery method and optionally set the restore session to recover deleted files. You’ll be able to download the backups on your computer’s hard drive, sent via email as an archive or provided on media.
