MyChat is a client-server application that lets you configure a real-time chat server for small to medium sized networks to simplify communication between the users connected to the same local area network.

You will need to install the server and set up the channels which users can access. While you can enter the user names in the server application employees can also create their profiles within the client application.

Also, MyChat allows administrators to sort users in several departments based on the internal organization of the business. Privileges can be assigned to users according to their role in the company using the group system.

The program allows users to access several chatrooms and administrators can disable or ban specific profiles, set up filters to prevent access from an IP range and ignore specific words, as well as set a time limit for sending messages.
