Ommwriter for Mac is an intuitive text editing application that can help you stay away from distractions while you’re writing. It works only in full-screen mode and adds soothing background sounds and images.

While the app covers the entire screen, the work space area is limited to the center of the screen. However, you can easily resize this area using your mouse. While you’re typing only the working area will be visible but you can display the toolbar by moving your mouse.

Ommwriter for Mac also provides several settings you can customize such as adjusting the font size and style, changing the background and typing sound, as well as the background image.

On top of that, the program include a real-time word counter, plus you can export projects as PDF, TXT and RTF files.
