WIA-Loader: A straightforward application that lets you quickly transfer photos from your camera to your computer

WIA-Loader is a small and intuitive tool that lets you move images from a digital camera or memory cards to your computer. It also lets you sort your collection, as well as automatically rotate skewed pictures.

The simple interface is divided into two panels, where you can see the source files and the related path. To begin with, you’ll need to make a profile, where you have to add all the actions you want WIA-Loader to execute, when transferring your images. All of this can be done after clicking on the ‚Edit Profile’ button and then from the ‚Next Step’ menu you can add the actions.

The application lets you create variables, change EXIF data, execute a script, use the DNG converter, upload photos to a FTP server, rotate/scale images and other handy functions. Each of them can be invidivually configured depending on what you’re using them for.

Each profile you create is remembered by the tool, so you can re-use it as many times as you need, but also edit it when the situation requires it. After you finish customizing a profile you can choose the source from the related menu. WIA-Loader can transfer images from a variety of devices, besides digital cameras, like iPhones, iPads and Windows Phones.
