Wise HotKey is a powerful application that lets you assign hotkeys to practically any application, tool, folder or URL for quick access.

The program acts as a launcher for any item or folder stored on your hard drive, including Control Panel areas and system tools like Notepad, Calculator and Task Manager. By default, Wise HotKey has a set of keyboard shortcuts already assigned to common areas like Downloads and Documents folders, Internet Explorer, My Computer and Control Panel.

It also lists other apps, folders and websites which you can add to the shortcut list, and you can manually add other URLS, folders and programs.
